Skoryx

Hi all! For those who are still following me on DeviantArt, you've noticed I've been quiet. I have spent a long time on this site. This is where I got started as an artist and made so many amazing friends. I've had trouble adapting to using other websites for posting my artwork, but I think it is time for me to make the leap to leave DeviantArt. The primary reason being that I am very frustrated by how much DeviantArt is advocating AI Art. AI is negatively affecting anyone who creates, whether professionally or as a hobby, and I don't want to support a website where people's heartfelt creations or personal works are dwindled by the invasion of AI.

While I know AI art is prevalent almost everywhere now, it is at least discouraged from being posted on FurAffinity, and other artists who have been avoiding AI art have found success on Twitter and Instagram.

I will still leave my DeviantArt page up for posterity but I will be drastically less active. I have put all of my works into storage to prevent them from being used for AI, but I might take a few of my best works out just to have something on the page. I'm really sad to leave, DeviantArt used to be one of my favorite websites and I've spent countless hours on here.
